Thank you for shopping with Picky. We want you to be over the moon with your beauty products, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. In the event that you need to return an item, we have established a return policy to assist you. Please take a few moments to review the guidelines outlined below. Eligibility
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused. Please ensure the products are in the same hygienic, resalable condition as when you received them. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your package is returned to us due to customer-related reasons, we regret that we cannot issue a refund. Here are some common reasons for returns:
- Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address: Please double-check and ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any issues during delivery.
- Invalid Contact Information: It's essential to provide valid and up-to-date contact details so that we can communicate with you effectively regarding your order and shipment.
- Failure to Respond to Emails: We may need to reach out to you regarding your shipment, so please check your emails regularly and respond promptly. This helps prevent any delays or miscommunication.
- Customer Refusal: If, for any reason, you refuse to accept the package upon delivery, decline to pay necessary tax fees or complete customs clearance, the package may be returned to us.
- Failure to Collect Package: When a package arrives at your local post office or customs, please be mindful of the deadline set for package collection. Failure to collect the package within the specified time may result in the package being returned to us.
Return Authorization
- To start a return, you can contact us at support@gopicky.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to South Korea.
- When contacting us, kindly provide your order number and the name(s) of the item(s) you wish to return.
Packaging and Documentation
- Include your order number, the name of the item you are returning, and a photo of the product (if applicable) when requesting a return authorization.
- It's important that you carefully package the items to ensure their safe return. Please include all original packaging materials.
- Don't forget to include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package. This will help us process your return smoothly.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.
- We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance to ensure the safe delivery of the returned product.
- Please note that we do not provide a return label, and return shipping fees are not refundable.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- The original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges for returned items. If you wish to obtain a different product, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order separately.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we're here to assist you with order cancellations. If you would like to cancel your order, please email our support team at support@gopicky.com as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations can only be accommodated if your order has not been processed for shipment.If your order is still under the shipping process, we kindly request that you wait until you receive the package. Once you have received the package, you may initiate a return request by contacting our support team via email.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the items are in new condition and within the specified return timeframe. Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.
